This portal is deliberately quiet about data. It exists to document SlimTide and route orders to the authorized checkout, and it collects the minimum required to do those two things.
What this site collects
Browsing this portal requires no account and sets no advertising trackers. Standard server logs record IP address, page requested, and time, retained briefly for security. A single session flag remembers whether you dismissed the offer bar; it dies with the browser session.
What checkout collects
Payment, name, and shipping address are entered on the authorized checkout gateway, not on this portal. The gateway processes cards under its own PCI-compliant terms; this portal never sees or stores card numbers. We receive order confirmation data (name, contact, items, shipping status) solely to fulfill and support the order.
Writing to care@eslimtide.com or orders@eslimtide.com shares whatever you include; the desk uses it to answer and keeps correspondence for support history. No marketing list is attached to support mail, and addresses are never sold or rented.
Sharing, retention, your choices
Order data is shared only with the fulfillment warehouse and the shipping carrier, as far as needed to deliver. Records are kept for the period required by tax and consumer law, then purged. To review or delete support correspondence, email care@eslimtide.com with the request; identity is confirmed against the order record before action.
Third-party links
Educational pages link to external references (government health databases, research summaries). Their privacy practices are their own. The terms of use and this notice together govern the SlimTide portal itself.
