1. The commitment

Purchases of SlimTide made through this portal are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee measured from the carrier delivery date. The guarantee applies to all pack sizes ($158, $207, $294) and includes opened and partially used bottles.

2. Requesting a refund

Contact orders@eslimtide.com with the order number, or call +1 (318) 553-0264 during desk hours. A return authorization code and return address are issued within one business day. Returns without an authorization code cannot be matched to orders and may be delayed.

3. Returning the product

All bottles from the order, full, partial, or empty, must be postmarked within the guarantee window. We recommend a tracked shipping method; return postage is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees, where charged, are not refundable.

4. Processing

Refunds release to the original payment method within 5 to 8 business days of the returned parcel's arrival scan and are confirmed by email. Banks may take additional days to post the credit.

5. Scope and limits

One refund per household per production cycle. The guarantee covers purchases routed through this portal's authorized checkout only; SlimTide bought from marketplaces or other websites is outside authorized distribution and outside this policy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
